Miller's  Bright  Eyed  Aussies

It all started with my love for dogs at a very young age, growing up with many dogs and around a kennel/ training facility, training working dogs, agility dogs, show dogs, and family dogs.. it all just came natural for me!  

 

I had seen Australian Shepherds many times in and out of training, around the area and on farms, I loved that they were herding dogs and would fit right in with the horses that I love so much!

 Australian Shepherds are so intelligent, beautiful,adaptable, agile and loving !! They always look like they have a smile on their face, even if they are working!

Then to my surprise when I was a child my brother and I were out playing in the fields by our house and we found two beautiful black tri Aussies. They were so fun for us as kids, running and  playing. They stayed in our family for many years bringing joy into so many lives! 

When My husband and I got Married we bought our first Aussie together that we could call our own, he was smarter than we imagined and extremely loyal! We Were Completely Hooked =)

Now many years later, we are still enjoying this breed and really love having these dogs a part of our family! We all enjoy them as a family doing agility, and obedience! We even work some cattle from time to time! 

But It is even more satisfying seeing how many family's are extremely happy with their new family member (Puppy) they purchased from us! The love of a aussie is unconditional!

 

We only breed standard Australian Shepherds, and we only have our three family dogs! No Kennels and no excessive breeding, only one or two litters a year.  These puppies have tons of one on one socialization with kids,strangers,stores,dogs, cats, car rides, inside and outside activities! Each puppy will be working on house training, paper training, crate training, and obedience training before going to their forever home!

Each Puppy Comes with AKC registration form, Litter certificate, Full Vet health exam, Written Health guarantee, first rounds of vaccines, two rounds of de-wormer, tail docked, rear dew claws removed.

**We will have our young breeding/show dogs health tested and genetic tested when of age for each test! All older breeding dogs will have additional testing and updated testing if necessary done in 2014. Including OFA hips and elbows, As well as additional DNA testing this year-- (CEA, PRA-PRCD,MDR1, HC-HSF4) All will be done before the end of 2014-*

 

 

We sell our puppies with full breeding rights unless their markings or conformation are not within breed standard!!  We devote our time and energy into these puppies, even when they become adult dogs! We try to stay close with familys who have purchased our puppies. We ask that if for some reason you have to separate from your aussie that they return to us, as the breeder we see that as our responsibility!  I also will help with training needs or concerns for the life of the dog!  We will provide training sessions here on our farm if needed.

It is very important for Aussies to get the training and obedience that they need! They can be very easy to train and others might need some extra training. Its a good Idea to know what you are doing before purchasing a puppy or go to a professional trainer who can help! They are too smart and loving to give up on and chain up in the yard!

Aussies are working dogs, so they need a job or activity to keep them happy, even if its playing fetch/hiking/swimming/jogging/walking/herding livestock/playing with kids etc.  They are wonderful for active familys, or a extra farm hand for cattle,horses,sheep etc.
